GU-PSQ serieshigh vacuum V-port adjusting ball valveis integrated structure within ultra-short compact design. The ball orifice can shape to any angle as customers’ requirement to keep regulating the pumping speed,especiallyinstalled in crystal furnace instead of the combination of butterfly valve within flapper valve.
Can be used cut off the vacuum line medium in the vacuum system to, also can be used in a pressure conditions.
Pneumatic actuator can be double acting and single-acting spring return type,also can drivenintelligentpositioner through the external input signal to control the pneumatic driving.
Electric actuator can beoptionalon-off actuator and regulating controltype to achieve adjusting control.
